Description of Issue

What network ranges do I need to allow for my SaaS Hosted No VPN software?

Context

  • TSM SaaS

  • Less VPN

  • AWS

Cause

No VPN has different subnets than our Datacenter.

Resolution

The following subnets will need to be allowed in the local (onsite) firewall for Enterprise ERP access: 208.64.237.X and 207.245.156.X 

The client's External IP address/range of addresses is needed for Tyler Networking to restrict direct access to data for Custom Reports.
