Description of Issue
EERP programs are showing Proxy Encountered Error During Request Processing and the SQL instance or database connection fails to load.
Context

- Tyler Systems Management
- System Administration
- SSMS
- SQL Server Analysis Services
Cause
SQL Server service(s) unable to communicate successfully
Resolution
- Connect to the Database server
- Open SSMS and enter instance name where the Enterprise ERP database is located
- If there are issues connecting to the SQL instance or the Enterprise ERP database (ex: munprod), review SQL instance service(s)
- Open Services
- Scroll down to the SQL Services
- Ex: SQL Server Analysis Services (MSSQLSERVER) or SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)
- For the applicable SQL instance:
- If any SQL service is stopped, right click the SQL Server service > click Start
- If the service is already running, right click the SQL Server service > click Restart
- If the issue persists, reboot the Database server
