Description of Issue

Unable to reset admin password in ESS Hosting. Site receives the error - ADMIN account was not reset. Error on insert [467].

Cause

The admin account has been made a Vendor, which will prevent the password from being reset from ESS Hosting.

Resolution

Please reach out to EERP Human Resources Support to have a script run in SQL Server Management.
