How do we filter to see only Active Positions in the Open Positions Hub Card?

Cause

Instructional.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Tyler Hub landing page

  2. Click the vertical ellipses in the top right corner of the Open Positions card

  3. Click Edit

    1. not Edit Connections

  4. Click Refine Data on the left side

  5. Under Filter Data in the Select Field box, select Job Opening Status

  6. Define Constraint with the equals sign 

    1. =

  7. Define Filter Value with A for Active
