Best practice security measures to keep check printing secure

• The Secure Print Module included with Forms Implementations will no longer be provided - how do I protect against fraud?
• Signature Key system discontinued and I need to know how to keep check printing secure

Signature System is no longer available as a tool to secure check printing. 

Recommendations to keep check printing secure:

• Role permissions can be used to identify who can approve or print checks.
• Audit permissions in Enterprise ERP to verify only authorized staff have access to print checks.
• Implement workflow approvals as a sign off for printing checks. 
• Keep check printer in a locked room with limited access.
• Keep check stock in a locked cabinet.
• Keep MICR toner in a locked cabinet.
• Keep any USB devices / signature cards in a locked cabinet.
