Description of Issue

No records returned when searching voided records by batch number or receipt number in the Receipts program

No records were found that satisfy the selection criteria.

  • Receipt Inquiry

Cause

Would like to know how to search voided receipts

Resolution

General Revenues > Payment Processing > Receipts

  1. Click Search

  2. Enter the Batch and/or Receipt number(s)

  3. Check the Voided checkbox

  4. Click Accept
