Where to find Time and Attendance URLs formerly ExecuTime in Tyler Deploy

This article outlines where to find the URLs to access the Time and Attendance application.

Cause

Some user URLs for Time and Attendance may have changed or were never provided. 

Resolution

This section details how to find the URL via the integrated Site Report in Tyler Deploy:

  1. Access Tyler Deploy via https://tylerdeploy.com

    1. If you do not have access to Tyler Deploy, the following article gives instructions on how to get access: How to register for access to Tyler Deploy

  2. Once logged in, select the building icon in the top right corner and search for your account name (the account name being your CRM account name) or use account number

    1. Ex. Dubuque IA or 45968

  3. When the account loads, in the left column, in the section marked Configuration, select Site Report 

  4. In the drop down, select the instance you are looking to obtain the URL for

    1. Ex: Test 

  5. Scroll until you find the section marked ExecuTime

  6. The URL can be found under the section Tyler Workflow Info

    1. https://exampleurltest.executime.com/ExecuTime

This section details how to find the URL via Product Configurations. Accessing this section requires Deploy\Configuration Permissions. If you do not have those permissions, please use the following article to gain access: No Tyler Deploy admin exists for our organization

  1. Access Tyler Deploy via https://tylerdeploy.com

  2. Once logged in, select the building icon in the top right corner and search for your account name (the account name being your CRM account name) or use account number

    1. Ex. Dubuque IA or 45968

  3. When the account loads, in the left column, in the section marked Configuration, select the Product Configuration drop down and select ExecuTime

  4. In the drop down, select the instance you are looking to obtain the URL for

    1. Ex: Train

  5. When the page loads, select the ExecuTime dropdown

  6. Scroll down and you can find the URL in the section marked Root URL (with Port if Premise) under Tyler Workflow Info

    1. Ex: https://exampleurltrain.executime.com/ExecuTime
