Employee Export Generate File Only Not Report

I want to create an Employee Export Data File only, without creating the Employee Export Report. I do not need the Employee Export Report, only the Employee Export Data File.

• Employee Export 

Under Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Export, there is no option to create the Employee Export Data File without creating the Export Report. 

Create the File Manually not as a scheduled job. Save the File to shared location on server that is accessed by the SFTP.

When Scheduled as a Job, the Employee Export Report and File have the same File Name, there is not a way to name them separately.

If attempting to send the file via SFTP, because the files have the same name, the file does not send via SFTP. The SFTP grabs the first instance which is the Report not the File. The system does not allow the Report and File to have two different names when created as a Scheduled Job and the Report is created first.
