Workflow import changed approvals to notify

When reviewing workflow after importing business rules, you see that the person who approved records prior to the import now shows as Notify rather than Approve.

• This appears to be an issue when transactions having approvals before the Workflow Business Rule Import. Existing workflow that was not completed may show Notify rather than Approve.  But when reviewing the workflow section with the actual approver names. When you see a notify on the person who approved, verify in the window on the right. It should still say Approver in that window.

• New workflow should show correctly going forward; this looks to only be an issue with workflow in progress during the business rule import
