How to stop automatic updates for a Tyler product in Tyler Deploy

Resolution

  1. Login to Tyler Deploy with an admin account 

  2. Open Automatic Updates in the left panel 

  3. Find the scheduled update that needs to be disabled

    1. Select pencil icon to edit

    2. Uncheck Enabled

    3. Select Save
