Description of Issue

An update that is scheduled in Tyler Deploy needs to be canceled.

Cause

Informational.

Resolution
  1. Log into Tyler Deploy.
  2. Open the tenant in question.
  3. On the home page, scroll down and click Overview on the menu to the left.
  4. Find the scheduled update you wish to cancel in the bottom half of the screen.
  5. Click the X to cancel the update.
