COA Builder Org Code Already Exists for a Different Segment String

When importing accounts into COA Builder, an error is being received that there are duplicate Org Codes.

ERROR: Org Code: XXXX Org code already exists for a different segment string. Org code must be unique.

• Import Accounts

The Org Code exists on the Org Code screen with a different segment structure than what is indicated on the ImportAccountsTemplate that is trying to be loaded into COA Builder.

Complete the following:

• Review the ImportAccountsTemplate for inconsistencies between the segments of the accounts and the Org Codes associated with them.

• Verify the Segments on Columns D through K are the same segment structure tied to the Org Codes on the Org Codes screen.

• Update any discrepancies and import the accounts into COA Builder.
