DIA Condition - Missing Custom Code

We are preparing for are upgrade and we are encountering the DIA error Missing Custom Code under Applicant Custom Data.

Data Integrity Assistant
Merging or purging applicant master records we were not removing the custom data records.
The source Miscellaneous Code (ATCC) has been deleted or modified and now has broken it's reference to the applicant records.
The applicant custom data record has a missing code (or it is NULL), which is not valid because the code is a required field.
The following changes will be made, in order, when selecting the Auto-Correct option for this data condition:
Custom Data records missing the code field (or it is NULL) will be removed.
