Description of Issue

When accessing the Holiday Schedules menu, the following error displays Access violation: XXX is not allowed to access this class net.executime.model.data. TimeEntryType

Cause

The Time & Attendance default holiday code, HO, is assigned as the Default Pay Code for Holiday under UI Environment Flags menu. Since HO is not a valid Enterprise ERP pay code, the user is being locked out of this menu.



Resolution
  1. In Time & Attendance, navigate to System Admin > UI Environment Flags 

  2. Set the sites true holiday pay code as the default in the Default Pay Code for Holiday field in the Application Control section.

  3. Click Save.



Additional Information

When building holiday, the user signed into Time & Attendance will need to be an active Enterprise ERP user with the desired holiday pay code. You cannot build holidays while logged into the application with the admin account.
