Description of Issue

Online shopping does not initiate from Requisitions/Requisition Entry when using Amazon vendor

Error starting online shopping. 

Error occurred while executing rqwsimpt_punchout.

  • Vendors



Cause

Amazon provided userID is longer than 30 characters. Enterprise ERP only allows 30 characters. 



Resolution

  1. Request Amazon issue a username that is 30 characters or less. 

  2. Update Vendor EProcurement Tab with updated username
