Unable to see benefit elections after open enrollment
Unable to see benefit elections after open enrollment
Description of Issue
We have just finished posting our open enrollment but do not see any indication of the benefit elections in ESS. How do we display the elections in ESS?
Context
Benefits Enrollment
Employee Self Service
ESS
Cause
When doing the Current Elections, the elections must be in their own Campaign and match with the dates assigned needs to fall within the campaign period date.
For example, the Campaign code 2020 Enrollment has a campaign period of 07/01/2020 - 06/30/2021. That campaign will not be able to be seen in ESS until 07/01/2020.
Resolution
You will want to wait until the appropriate Campaign period date to cross to be able to see the Benefit Enrollment elections.
