Can I work between 3 years in Munis

For example: General Ledger Settings shows the current year is 2020, and the default year is 2021. Can the accounting period be rolled to 2022?

Munis allows two years to be open at one time: the current year, and next year 1 (defined in GL settings). The system will not allow rolling the accounting period to Next Year 2; only Next Year 1. 

In this example, in order to roll accounting period to 2022, fiscal year 2020 will need to be hard closed. Once this has been completed, the current year will then show 2021. Now, the accounting period can be rolled to Next year 1 (2022).
