Description of Issue

On Time Approval screens, employees are seeing a list of approvers when they hover over the approval icon that are not configured as their workflow approver OR have data access to the employees.

Cause

Workflow rules are built with Workgroup and Location settings, this has caused approvers that are part of the same location (not workgroup) to display on employee timecards.



Resolution

Reach out to Munis Payroll Support or your Implementation Team to schedule an upgrade to your ExecuTime application

Additional approvers can be seen by navigating to Employee Actions > Timecard Inquiry > Hover over approval icon in the approver column
