PDF button freezes program in Invoice Entry and Proof

• PDF button in toolbar causes program to freeze while loading
• PDF radio button in Output window errors
• Errors must be corrected before posting can occur

PDF button in Invoice Entry and Proof toolbar causes program to freeze while loading. PDF radio button in Output window generates error message Errors must be corrected before posting can occur.

AR Development has identified this as a bug under MUN-438620. 

This workaround requires that the user avoid using both the PDF button in the Invoice Entry and Proof toolbar as well as the PDF radio button in the Output window:

1. Search batch and click the Display button in the Invoice Entry and Proof toolbar view/print your invoice proof report.
2. To post the batch, click Output/Post…
3. Save to Munis spool…
4. If you receive the error Errors have been detected which must be corrected before posting can occur, Click Continue
5. Click Output/Post again…
6. Save to Munis spool in the Output window again…
7. The program will prompt to post batch (report will also be available to view in the Saved Reports program).
