Description of Issue

How do we locate the File Transfer program or get a file from Enterprise ERP to our computer or network?

Context

  • File Transfer Program

  • FTP from Enterprise ERP

  • Spool File 

  • Export File

  • Import File

  • Crystal Reports Directory  

  • MuSys Access from Enterprise ERP 

Cause

Not knowing how to access the files in the MuSys (i.e. Spool, Export, Import, & Crystal Reports) Directory of Enterprise ERP

Resolution

  1. Browse Munis > System Administration > Miscellaneous Administration > File Transfer 

    1. Select your File Transfer type:

      1. Download from export directory

      2. Download from spool directory

      3. Upload to import directory

      4. Upload to Crystal Reports directory
