Benefit Summary missing accruals



Description of Issue

Benefit accruals not displaying for users when accessing Employee Actions > Benefit Summary



Context
  • Time & Attendance



Cause

UI Environment Setting is enabled to only allow the availability of benefits with security.



Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Admin > UI Environment Flags > UI

  2. Disable the setting Benefit Pay Codes only available with security by removing the check mark. 



Additional Information

When accrual integration has been completed, the benefit accruals will display under System Admin > Master File Management > Benefit Hours; however, if the flag mentioned above is enable the same accruals cannot be see under Employee Actions > Benefit Summary
