Description of Issue

How to pass Credit Card Fees?

CC Fees in Tyler Cashiering but not MUNIS.

Not seeing online payment fees.

Cause

Some credit card vendors allow for users to pass CC Fees directly to the customer. As a result, they would not pass through MUNIS. 

Resolution

This setting is configured in CSSHosting.

  1. Sign into the CSSHosting page.
  2. Click Client Configuration.
  3. Click Payment Services.
  4. For click Change on the relevant web service.
  5. Click Continue.
  6.  Check the box for Pass service fees on to the customer under Credit Card Service Fee Processing.
