How do Tyler Hub permissions correlate with Tyler software?

Cause

Informational.

Resolution

Tyler relies on the backing product (no matter what product) to restrict or grant access based on the user permissions. Menu, programs, and data access are provisioned with the backing product. Additionally, users will need Hub Data Access (within Hub Administration)  to see information within Hub Cards (EG: to Payroll & Human Resources). The permissions stored within Hub Administration do not control what data appears on the cards. They essentially turn the Card on/off.
