Employees missing from Accrual Year End Proof Report

Description of Issue

I ran my Accrual Year End report (processing) and there are missing Employees



Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • Payroll

  • Accrual Year End Processing



Cause

Anniversary date fields were defined as Fiscal Year (1001 to 0930) instead of Calendar Year (0101 to 1231)



Resolution

  1. Go to Accrual Year End Processing (Payroll > Accrual Processing > Accrual Year End Processing)

  2. Click Define

  3. Define applicable accrual type ranges, loc, etc.

  4. In the Anniversary Date Field define 0101 to 1231

  5. Define last day of Accrual Year field

  6. Define applicable remaining fields

  7. Click Accept and then Output-Post

  8. Review and Save proof report for accuracy

  9. Apply update prompt will display asking Do you wish to apply these updates? Click Yes
