Description of Issue

 Timesheet is not going through the correct workflow before being approved.

Timesheet is supposed to be approved by multiple approvers, but is posting through with the first.

  • Workflow Business Rules



Cause

This employee is linked to a Location that is not specified in any of the EST Business Rules.



Resolution

If the Location for this employee is wrong, edit the Employee Master record.

If the Location for this employee is correct, create an EST Business Rule for that location.
