Employee Training fields are greyed out

In Employee Training, the Course Length and Code fields are blank/greyed out and cannot be entered/edited

These fields are pulled from the Training Courses program and are not populated during the addition of an Employee Training record

Updating the corresponding Training Courses record's fields should cause the data to pull into the Employee Training record
