ExecuTime Activity Code integration

How are activity codes set up in Time & Attendance? Do I need to build activity codes in Enterprise ERP and Time & Attendance?

Configuration needs to occur in Enterprise ERP and then be integrated into Time & Attendance

1. Navigate within Enterprise ERP to Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Processing > Time Entry Processing > Time Entry Activities. 

2. Add or update any activity codes needed for within Time & Attendance.

3. Once the activities have been built in Enterprise ERP, open Time & Attendance.

4. Navigate to System Configuration > Tyler Integration.

5. Run the full Activity Import integration by clicking the Run Full Data Integration icon.

6. Review Activity codes in Time & Attendance under System Admin > Job Costing > Projects.

The field label of Projects can be relabeled under the UI Environment Flags, Custom Field Labels section. If you are unable to find Projects, you may search this area to identify what the field name was changed to.
