Workforce Central prior year salaries display



Description of Issue

We discovered that the last years salary records are still active causing our Workforce Central program to show salary amounts as doubled.

Cause

This is a product defect.



Resolution

You can work around this issue by doing one of the two following updates to your Employee Job/Salary records.

  1. Update the Pay Status field to the value Inactive.

  2. Update the pay record End Date field to be a day set in the past.
