Description of Issue
In Employee Actions > Timesheet Entry receive the error:Â Processing error: Error retrieving Pay Code Filter. Not able to connect to the Server

Cause
Missing information in the Tyler Pay Code Filter Cache table of affected instance
Resolution
Restart the ExecuTime Services and then reach out to Support to have Gas Service Application pool restarted.
