At this time, there is no retirement date set for DocOrigin Forms. 

For clients already on DocOrigin Forms, the migration team currently does not assist clients from DocOrigin to Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms).

Enterprise Forms is a client-facing solution that is available on Munis 2019.1+. There is no conflict between ReadyForms and DocOrigin, so you are free to explore that option down the road if you choose.
