ExecuTime Accrual Benefit Summary Balances Not Showing





Description of Issue

Executime not showing accrual balances

  • Accruals are integrated into ExecuTime and the balances are under the employees under benefit hours, but when we look under the benefit summary there is nothing there.

  • The accrual types are tied as parent codes under the accrual pay type

  • The security for benefit box is unchecked under the UI settings.

  • When I look under the employee benefit hours - click the pencil - there is no type listed, even though it shows the type listed on the browse.

Resolution

Verify the Parent Pay Codes (the Accrual/Benefit Code) are set to Active

  1. Go to System Admin > Master File Management > Pay Codes

  2. Select the Pencil next to the appropriate pay code

  3. Check the Active box.

  4. Go to System Admin>UI Environment Flags. 

  5. On the UI tab in the Application Control section. Uncheck the checkbox for, Benefit Pay Codes only available with Security.

  6. Click Save.



Cause
  • Incorrect Configuration: Pay codes marked inactive

  • Benefit Pay Codes only available with Security option was checked.
