How to move time from ExecuTime to Munis without approvals

We are in implementation with ExecuTime and need to be able to move the time from ExecuTime to Munis without records being approved for testing purposes. Is there a way to turn this off?

• System Admin

• UI Environment Flags

1. Log into ExecuTmime with Admin permissions.

2. Click System Admin. Click UI Environment Flags.

3. Click the Time Processing tab. 

4. Scroll down tot he Payroll Processing section. Uncheck the checkboxes next to the three options for:

   • Only export records where Time Entry transaction status is Approved

   • Only export records with all required workflow approval initials

   • Only export when all required workflow initials have been completed for ALL time cards.

5. Click Save.
