Field Sheet Push Notifications settings gives errors

The following errors occur when enabling Push notifications for the Field Sheet application in Push Notification Settings: 

ERROR Program stopped at sppshnot.4gl line number 307

FORMS statement error number -1326

An array variable has been referenced outside of its specified dimensions.
