Description of Issue

How can I tell which menus a user has access to?



Context

  • RBAC - Role Based Access Control

  • User Attributes

  • Menu Permissions/Security



Cause




Resolution

Can run a User Attributes report to get this information

  1. Access User Attributes (System Administration > Security > User Attributes)

  2. Click Search, enter the User Id, click Accept

  3. Click PDF (or Output, Print, or Display)

  4. Select Detailed for option Select the type of report to be output

  5. Check the box for Menu for option Indicate which sections are to be included in the detailed report

  6. Click Ok
