Pay Rate is Not Showing on Checks and Advices



Description of Issue

Pay rate is not showing on payroll checks and advices



Context
  • Munis

  • Payroll Processing

  • Print Payroll Checks

  • Print Payroll Advices

  • Pay Master



Cause

The Print Pay field on the Pay Master is not set to Rate



Resolution
  1. Access Pay Master (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Pay Master)

  2. Search for the pay type code

  3. Click Update

  4. Click on the Paychecks/Cycles tab

  5. Change the Print Pay option to R - Rate

  6. Click Accept





Additional Information

You cannot roll up pays and show the rate on the check or advice.
