How can I find out who deleted accounts from a budget projection?

A user unexpectedly removed accounts from a budget projection.

• There is no audit for accounts deleted from a budget projection.

• Deleted accounts can be added back to the budget projection in either budget entry program. 

When you delete an account within a projection, it deletes the budget projection audit history with that account.
