How to find and post tax bill adjustments

Description of Issue

Unable to locate unposted adjustments for tax bills

DIA condition shows unposted adjustments

Context

Cause

The GL post function was not run leaving the adjustments unposted

Resolution

Navigate to Property Revenue > Property Tax Billing > Northeast > Massachusetts > Collection Processing > Bill Detail Adjustments
Click Search
Click Accept (any unposted adjustments will come up)
Click GL Post
Verify Posting date / GL Year/Period dates
