Copy payroll tax tables to the new year

Payroll tax tables can be copied to a new year one at a time using Copy Table option

1. Access Tax Tables (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Income Tax Setup > Tax Tables)

2. Search for the table that needs to be duplicated

3. Click Copy Table

4. Select Yes to prompt: Copy From: Date = MM/DD/YYYY State = XX Local = Pay = A Marital = S

5. Enter the new Effective Date, click Accept

Payroll tax tables for one year can be globally copied to another year using Global Functions option

1. Access Tax Tables (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Income Tax Setup > Tax Tables)

2. Click Global Functions

3. Click Global Copy

4. Enter the Copy from Year, and Copy to Year

5. Select Yes to prompt: Do you wish to proceed with the Global copy of tax table(s)?

Once tax tables are created for the new year, update the ‘Tax table’ and/or ‘Calc’ screens for those tables according to the Federal or State publication
