Track a deduction on an additional withholding account

Adding new FIT deduction code to track different withholding Org Object

• Payroll

• Deduction and Benefit Master

Site would like track FIT deduction for a group of employees under a different withholding account

1. Access Deduction and Benefit Master (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Deduction and Benefit Master)

2. Search for the current existing Deduction code

3. Click Copy

4. Enter the new Deduction code, click Ok

5. Select Yes to prompt Proceed with copy (XXXX -> XXXX)?

6. Click Update

7. Use TAB key to enter new Withholding Org / Object, or Withholding account

8. Click Accept

Once the new deduction code is added, can assign to the employees in Employee Deductions
