W-2 form is not showing full SSN

• Why am I seeing XXX-X1-1234 for the SSN on my W-2 form?

• Why are there Xs in the social security number on the W2s?

• Munis

• Payroll

• W-2 Forms Print

This means the user checked the Truncate SSN box on the W-2 Forms Print screen when they printed the forms.  When they select this option, the form will print last 4 digits on SSN on the form with leading Xs.
