Disability Deduction showing incorrect Employee Amount

Description of Issue

We have a deduction with a Calc Code 18-Monthly Disability - Annual Salary/Age, that is not showing the correct employee amount in Employee Deductions, but the correct withholding does pull into payroll.

Cause

System Issue - System is taking the annual amount and dividing by two instead of by 12.

Install applicable work ticket when available.
