Workflow Approval Links not Appearing in Email





Description of Issue

The Workflow Approval links are not appearing in the email received when a user needs to review.



Context

  • System Administration

  • Workflow Settings



Cause

The Workflow Setting Include links for common workflow actions in e-mail approval notices setting is unchecked.



Resolution

System Administration > Workflow Administration > Workflow Settings

  1. Click Update

  2. Check Include links for common workflow actions in e-mail approval notices?

  3. Click Accept
