How does the system work with the budget process and control accounts

• BUA

• BUC

• Budget Amendment

• Budget Completion Journal

If the appropriate settings are established when a BUA Budget Amendment or BUC Budget Completion Journal is posted MUNIS with automatically hit the appropriate control account.

Post BUA/BUC to Expense account would result in an automatic entry to the Appropriation control account

Post BUA/BUC to a Revenue account would result in an automatic entry to the Estimated Revenue control account
