Description of Issue

  • Need to install Tyler Forms Year End Updates for tax year 2021 through Tyler Deploy

  • Getting error Could not find Tyler Form c:\octotemp.docorigin...TF-8980_ClientNumber.7z!

Resolution

  1. Sign into Tyler Deploy and select your client

  2. Expand the Menu icon on the top left

  3. Select Product Deployments> DocOrigin

  4. Select Environment

  5. Select Product Release tab

  6. Set Channel to 1.0 and Release to 2021.10.29

  7. Check off Check Prereqs

  8. Click Start
