How can I copy a deduction code?



Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • Deduction and Benefit Master



Cause




Resolution

In Munis v11.3, do the following:

  1. Access Deduction and Benefit Master (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Deduction and Benefit Master)

  2. Search for the current deduction code

  3. Click Duplicate

  4. Enter the New deduction code > click OK

  5. Select Yes to prompt Proceed with copy (XXXX -> XXXX)?


In Munis v2019+, do the following:

  1. Access Deduction and Benefit Master (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Deduction and Benefit Master)

  2. Search for the current deduction code

  3. Click Copy

  4. Enter the New deduction code > click OK

  5. Select Yes to prompt Proceed with copy (XXXX -> XXXX)?
