Return Employee Issued Property Excel output displays data in wrong columns

 

Description of Issue

The Excel output of Return Employee Issued Property is displaying the Date Issued in the Comment column and the Date Returned in the Date Issued column

Workaround: Utilize the PDF or Display options for the Issue Date to appear in the correct column
