Issues with reprinting W2 forms with DocOrigin on Munis version 11.3





Description of Issue

Cannot reprint prior year W2 forms using DocOrigin Tyler Forms on Munis version 11.3. No error messages.

Cause




Resolution

Updates have been released to resolve this issue. Please load update MUN-425765 and all other relevant year-end updates before trying to process prior year W2 forms again.

If this is still not successful for you, our current workaround solutions:

  • With access to TCM, printing the TCM record directly from TCM should work successfully

  • Printing the W2 prior year has worked by printing from the spool file as follows

    1. Instead of printing, select text file and save as a .txt file

    2. Navigate to My Saved Reports and find the Exported W2 file

    3. Click Print Reports and check off the print file

    4. Choose your Tyler Form printer and Accept

  • If neither of the above are successful, prior year W2 forms may be requested directly from the IRS
