Description of Issue

Check run status in Payment Manager displaying as Partially Posted



Context

Munis 

Accounts Payable



Cause

  • Check was voided after the original cash disbursements journal was posted, but void was not posted to cash 

  • Cash Disbursements Journal has been posted, but checks are still displaying on the Cash Disbursements Table



Resolution

  • Post cash for voided check

  • Call Support if Cash Disbursements Journal has already been posted
