Form F-66 (WY-2) is the Annual City and Town Financial Report for the State of Wyoming.  The State provides an Excel worksheet that can be used to assist with preparation. 

The Excel worksheet can be recreated using the Munis Excel GL Cube, or the State Reporting Cube, if Segment Translations are needed. 

The submission can also be completed with the CAFR Statement Builder module, if the module was purchased.
