Improve the error received when only one downtime field is populated on a work order

• In Field Work, a red error box partially covers the Save button but does not provide any information on what the issue is or how to resolve it

• In Work Order Management, the following error is received:
  insertAssetDowntime insert error  -391  [ISAM -515]
  Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'AssetId', table 'XXXXX.AssetManagement.AssetDowntimes'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

Workaround: Populate both downtime fields to resolve the error
